Allt Solutions manufacture all our Pig Nose, Snake Eye and 2-Hole Fixings in house. We do not sub-contract out any of our manufacturing processes. We can if requested supply a full dimensional drawing for approval prior to production. We are also able to offer full CAD backup where a STEP file can also be supplied to allow integration into the project CAD data.
We Offer the following Technical Backup:
1. Full design consultation on shape, size and manufacturability of the fixings.
2. PDF Drawings for design approval.
3. On larger batches we offer a free sample prior to production.
4. Creation of STEP and Solid files for Cad integration.
5. Advice on materials and cosmetic finish.
